Hails Fulfilment was born out of a simple need: to provide a fulfilment service that we, as e-commerce sellers ourselves, would want to use. We started our journey in a single room, driven by a passion for creating a seamless logistics experience. As our own brands grew, so did our expertise and our capacity.
Today, we operate from a 15,000 sq ft state-of-the-art facility, but our core mission remains the same: to be a true partner to our clients. We combine our firsthand e-commerce experience with powerful technology to offer a service that's reliable, scalable, and built on a foundation of trust.
